ModuSec – Modular IT Rooms

Thermally Tested and Certified
ModuSec has been independently tested by the UK insurance industry’s Loss Prevention Council and achieved BS476 F90 standard – suitable for high-risk areas.

Now also tested to Lloyds IMO A60 Standard (tested at a higher pressure with multiple pipe/cable entry points – for marine applications).

Tested to over 1000°C at the Building Research Establishment -according to BS476 pt22 at 30 minutes: No discernable rise at the unexposed face (800°C outside). At 60 minutes: Mean temperature of just 40°C at the unexposedface (950°C outside) – well below the critical level for hardware and media. The test continued to achieve an F90 rating: 93 minutes insulation plus 98 minutes integrity media corrupts at 55°C -hardware is damaged above 70°C
