Sealed Door Systems
Insulated steel faced double rebated fire doors. Single or double doorsets. Two water/smoke seals plus intumescent seal. Heavy duty hinges with hinge bolts. Threshold: double rebated for maximum water protection or drop down smoke seal for a flat entry. Choice of locking systems.

External Doors
•	Removable plate that slots into main ramp – to ramp over base of 4 sided door threshold
•	Storage space in main ramp
•	Canopy over
•	Steel ramp or stairs

•	Fire rated sliding doors
•	Emergency escape
•	Internal without threshold

Lock Options
•	Heavy duty electric release keep with key override to accept any access control systems
•	Mechanical keypad
•	Magnetic lock
•	Solenoid shoot bolts

High Security – HS Rated Doors
•	High security steel faced or timber door sets
•	3 point locking
•	Access control options
•	Double rebated (3 or 4 sides) with smoke/water seals
•	Choice of HS2 or HS3 security rating
•	60 or 90 minutes fire test
•	Single or double doors
